I’m a Full-Spectrum Doula & Lactation Consultant. I’m in my element when I’m educating new and experienced parents about all aspects of pregnancy, labour & birth, as well as the postpartum period for the birthing parent and infant.

I’m passionate about infant feeding and supporting parents through the challenges that may arise during this time. Whether your baby feeds by breast and/or bottle, I have a lot of experience under my belt to be a great support person for you and yours.

I’ve been supporting parents and children in the community as a Doula since 2020.
